Get Out! explores the pervasive nature of digital surveillance in our contemporary society through the metaphor of a transparent protagonist whose form becomes visible only through the data-carrying light that penetrates their being.
The protagonist's transparency represents our vulnerability in digital spaces, while the illuminating streams of light visualize the constant flow of personal data that defines our modern existence. As the character attempts to escape these revealing beams, the work raises fundamental questions about autonomy and resistance in our digital age: Is it possible to exist outside these systems of surveillance? Do we actually want to escape, given how deeply these technologies are woven into our daily lives?
